We”re looking for a Payments Compliance Analyst who can blend regulatory know-how with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. You”ll work across teams to help build compliant, scalable processes for payment products and consumer banking services – all while translating complex regulations into practical, real-world guidance people can actually understand.

What You”ll Be Doing
Compliance & Risk Management
Partner with teams across the organization to develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
Provide guidance on complex banking regulations, payment products, and consumer financial services.
Help identify smart, scalable compliance solutions that support innovation while managing risk.
Conduct ongoing monitoring and testing of internal operations and third-party activities.
Participate in regulatory change management, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
Collaborate closely with Legal, Risk, Operations, and business teams to ensure alignment across functions.
Assist with compliance-related projects and support broader regulatory initiatives as needed.
Payments & Consumer Regulations
You”ll work with regulations and guidance related to:
Regulation E / Electronic Funds Transfer Act
Regulation DD / Truth in Savings
Privacy regulations including GLBA and Regulation P
UDAAP/UDAP guidance and consumer protection expectations
CFPB-related regulatory guidance and supervisory expectations
Communication & Collaboration
Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable business guidance.
Draft practical policies and procedures that teams can easily implement and maintain.
Communicate effectively with business leaders, external partners, auditors, and regulators.
Support a culture of compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
