Talvero — formerly IMPACT Payments Recruiting — was founded in 2000 by Curt Hensley as CSH Consulting, when we assumed the full recruiting function for TSYS Acquiring, then the second largest merchant credit card processor in the U.S. After saving them more than $1M in recruitment costs from the year prior, word spread fast. We grew by hiring payments industry insiders and built a team that brings firsthand experience from across the ecosystem.
That insider perspective is a core part of what we offer. Our recruiters have worked inside payments organizations and are members of numerous payments associations, including CREW, PayTech Women, and Association of Payment Professionals (APP) — bringing expertise to our partners on what culture, roles, and compensation benchmarks are needed to land the right talent in today’s payments and fintech market.
We’ve completed 4,000+ placements with 1,000+ payments companies across North America over the past two decades.
